DOES YOUR CHILD NEED A CAR SEAT?

Through partnerships with the Early Learning Hub, Mid-Valley Car Seat Coalition, Salem Health, and generous private donors, Bambinos Oregon may be able to help you purchase a low-cost car seat.
Eligibility
• Must be a Bambinos client residing in Polk, Marion, or Yamhill County.
• Car seats are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
• A maximum of two car seats may be provided per child.
A second seat is only available after the child has outgrown the first seat.
Exclusions
• Car seats cannot be provided to extended family members or childcare providers.
• Replacement seats cannot be provided due to damage.
• If a car seat has been involved in a vehicle accident, please contact your insurance
company regarding replacement.
Cost and Payment
​​A $30 non-refundable deposit is required for each car seat.
To receive a car seat, please complete the following steps:
Step 1: Pay Your Deposit
• Pay the $30 non-refundable deposit online (select "Car Seat" as the Fund reason).
Step 2: Wait for Your Receipt
• After your payment is received, Bambinos Oregon will send you a receipt. A valid email
address is required.
Step 3: Schedule Your Appointment
• Once you have received your receipt, you may schedule your car seat appointment HERE.

During your appointment, a certified
Child Passenger Safety Technician will:
• Ensure the seat is appropriate for your child
• Teach you how to properly use the seat
• Install the seat correctly in your vehicle
Important:
Appointments for low-cost car seats cannot be scheduled until payment has been received and a receipt has been issued. Car seat purchases require a $30 non-refundable deposit paid in advance.

Deposit:
Effective 2/1/2025, a $30 non-refundable deposit must be paid in advance to Bambinos Oregon in order to receive a car seat. You will be given a receipt and an appointment reminder to bring with you to your car seat appointment or car seat clinic, where you will
obtain the new seat. We accept cash, Venmo (see the QR code), or you can use this button to pay on our website by selecting “Car Seat” as your donation reason.
